Kwoking makes it easy for everyone to keep track of his/her account. Accoding to the following steps, you can track your orders status quickly.
For Mobile Users:
1. Sign into “Sign In/Register” at the top left of the initial page. (according to the picture 1 and 2)
2. Fill in your Account Number and your password, and click on "My Account"
Note: If you are the new users, please Create The Account Before. ( how to create the new account? )
3. Click on “Order History”, you will be able to view all your orders and current status of each ordered item.
4. If you have received the item, please click on "Confirm" make sure the item have done.
